Travel & Entry Requirements

Each guest must hold a valid passport or travel document. We strongly recommend checking current visa requirements, health advisories, and safety updates with your local consular office or travel advisor before departure.

Rates & Inclusions

  • Valid from 1 April to 31 December 2025 
  • Rates are quotes per room, per night 
  • Rates include: daily breakfast, complimentary minivan transfers on arrival and departure, and applicable local taxes 
  • Rates exclude: €15 per room per night environmental sustainability fee (mandatory) 
  • Room count: 52 suites, including one “Family & Friends” suite (sleeps 4; additional charges apply beyond 2 guests) 

Tipping Culture

Gratuity is appreciated and shared among our team—from chefs and stewards to gardeners and housekeepers. Tipping envelopes are available from management. Kindly note: tips in Euros or USD cash are preferred to avoid credit card charges. 

 

Terms & Conditions

  • A minimum stay of two nights applies 
  • Offers and promotions are non-combinable and not valid with long-stay discounts 
  • All prices are indicative and subject to exchange rate fluctuations 
  • ARMACAAS PCC shall not be held liable for any fluctuations in exchange rates. 
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm bookings; balance due before or at arrival 
  • High-season bookings require full pre-payment 
  • Unpaid balances on due dates may result in cancellation, subject to policy below 

Cancellation Policy

  • Standard Cancellations
  • More than 30 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee 
  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee 
  • No-shows: 100% of booking value 

Force Majeure Events

In the event of a cancellation due to Force Majeure, including but not limited to natural or man-made disasters, epidemics, pandemics, or government-imposed border closures affecting Greece (such as restrictions on traveler entry or visa denials, whether prior to or upon arrival), or if Armacaas is forced to cancel a confirmed reservation due to a Force Majeure event, the following cancellation fees will apply: 

  • More than 45 days prior to arrival: 25% cancellation fee 
  • 45 days or less prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee 

This policy also applies if the traveler or their agent breaches any of the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
