Armacaas – Super Paradise, Mykonos
Nestled above Super Paradise Beach, Armacaas is a secluded retreat where raw elegance meets refined simplicity—an understated luxury retreat for those seeking tranquility, beauty, and a deeper connection with Mykonos.
Perched on a secluded hillside above Super Paradise beach, Armacaas is a five-star retreat that invites you to experience Mykonos in its purest form.
Inspired by the island’s striking terrain, where dry-stone walls trace the contours of wind-swept hills, our sanctuary embraces the raw elegance of stone, wood, and concrete—an architecture of quiet restraint, seamlessly woven into the land.
The name Armacaas speaks to our dual essence: in Greek, it evokes the cairns that mark the landscape’s rugged beauty; in Irish, it signifies love and tenderness. This union of strength and warmth defines our hospitality—minimalist yet deeply welcoming, refined yet unpretentious.
Here, nature sets the rhythm. Sunlight dances on weathered rock, the sea murmurs below, and the fresh sea breeze carries the soothing hum of cicadas through the air, inviting you to slow down. Whether you seek stillness or discovery, Armacaas offers a retreat of understated luxury where Mykonos unfolds in its most poetic light.

Mykonos, a sun-drenched gem of the Cyclades, blends history, glamour, and raw island beauty. According to mythology, it was formed from the petrified bodies of giants defeated by Hercules. Its history stretches back to ancient times, flourishing as a trading hub and later becoming a safe harbour for pirates.
One of the first Greek islands to embrace tourism in the 1960s, Mykonos is word-renowned for its cosmopolitan energy, beachside lifestyle and first-class amenities. Yet beyond the luxury, its authenticity endures—fishermen still mend their nets in the old port, and hidden chapels dot the landscape.
Despite its lively reputation, Mykonos offers serene escapes, from secret coves and tranquil farmsteads, to horseback riding across rocky goat tracks and boat trips to the sacred, UNESCO-listed island of Delos.
Mykonos’ beaches cater to every mood and travel style. If you’re after a lively, party-centric atmosphere, head to Paraga, Paradise, and Super Paradise, the latter just a 3-minute drive from Armacaas, where beach clubs pulse with music late into the night. Closer to town, Psarou attracts a jet-set crowd with upscale beach bars, while the family-friendly Platis Gialos and Ornos offer a more relaxed yet social vibe. For a serene seaside escape with stunning sunset views, opt for Agios Ioannis or Agios Stefanos.Closer to Armacaas, Elia, Kalo Livadi, and Kalafatis boast long, sandy stretches that blend stylish restaurants, beach bars, and water sports, making them perfect for a full day by the sea. For an even quieter retreat, head to Agia Anna (near Kalafatis), Agrari, or Lia.
If you seek a wilder, unspoiled setting, Agios Sostis and Fokos are your go-to, where pristine waters meet rugged landscapes and hidden tavernas serve up authentic Greek flavours.
Mykonos Town, or Chora, is a labyrinth of whitewashed alleys, charming balconies, and vibrant bougainvillea spilling over blue doors and shutters. The town’s Cycladic architecture—flat-roofed houses, narrow streets designed to confuse pirates, and iconic windmills overlooking the sea—creates a picture-perfect setting.By day, explore Matoyianni Street, lined with designer boutiques, artisanal shops, and stylish cafés.
Visit the 17th-century Panagia Paraportiani, a striking, all-white church complex, or wander through Little Venice, where colorful balconies hang over the water. As the sun sets, the town transforms into a buzzing nightlife hub, with cocktail bars, hidden courtyards, and world-class restaurants.
Our Approach to Sustainability
Our Approach to Sustainability
Farm to Fork
At Armacaas, sustainability begins in the garden. Fresh herbs, vegetables, and fruits grown on-site supply our kitchen and bar with seasonal, flavourful ingredients. Our farm’s free-range hens provide daily eggs, while goats, sheep, and pigs help us naturally process kitchen scraps—contributing to a circular, waste-free ecosystem.
All Natural
Our animals are at the heart of our regenerative practices—turning food and landscaping waste into natural compost while also gifting us fresh milk, eggs, and the occasional smile. We nurture local bee populations for pollination and receive golden honey in return. While we proudly support local farmers and fishers, many of the healthy meals we serve are grown right here, in the soil of Armacaas.
Grown-In
We compost all organic waste to create nutrient-rich fertilizer for our gardens, supporting the growth of our produce without synthetic additives. Natural insect-repelling plants are thoughtfully integrated across the property, offering an effective and chemical-free alternative to conventional sprays.
